Janice Monakana has returned to Suns after finding a way to combine basketball and education for at least the near term.
The two time finals MVP has been welcomed back to Suns after a decision at the end of last season to retire from playing. Head Coach Len Busch wasted little time in agreeing a deal with the multi-position player.
Busch said: "I was very happy that Janice decided to play on for the time being. However long she can play, we are happy to have her. She presents matchup problems for opposing teams and she has become an important contributor to Suns' culture."
