DEVELOPEMENT SESSIONS - BASKETBALL FOR ALL
According to Sports England, basketball is the second widely played sport in England and the fastest growing. It offers excellent cardio-conditioning activity and is often judged to be more demanding, from a cardio perspective, than rowing, swimming, and cross-country skiing. As part of our vision to increase awareness and participation in basketball in the South East, we run several development sessions open to all ages, genders, and abilities.
In our development sessions, we welcome every child (5-18 y.o.) that wants to learn how to play basketball. These sessions are for children that have never played before or have just tried it at school and want to learn more. Our development sessions help the children learn new skills and improve their athleticism. We play local games and participate in tournaments during the weekend.
Interested in joining? When you contact us, please mention your child's current school year and your location.
